Trauma-informed body-centered therapy
Come back home in peace.
I work with teens and adults to transform stress, anxiety and physical symptoms through the body.
The approach
What is body-centered therapy and how can it help you?
Body-centered therapy draws on the connection between body, heart, and mind — and how our experiences become physically stored within us. In session, we gently and precisely explore and heal that connection: how the nervous system responds, what the body holds on to, and what needs processing so you can feel balanced again.
My work helps you think, feel and act with more clarity, lower your anxiety and better manage the stress that builds up in your body. My ultimate goal is for you not to depend on therapy to stay regulated.
